The general documents
- Terms of Service, with the version number and the date from which it applies to new orders and to existing customers. The PDF is available in several languages.
- Privacy Policyand the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with its list of sub-processors.
- Switching and export, the register required by the EU Data Act that describes, per product, how you take your data with you.
- Infrastructure, jurisdiction and governmental access, where the servers are and which law applies to them.
Product terms
Below the general documents, the legal page lists the product-specific terms, one entry per product group, with the version and the date from which each one applies. The list comes straight from our billing system, so what you see there is what is in force.
Which version applies to me
A new version of the Terms of Service applies to new orders from the first date shown, and to existing customers from the second date; the Terms of Service themselves say how you are notified and what your options are.
