Every mail order is checked by hand
That is how we keep our mail IPs clean. Activation takes a few hours to five business days. Before we activate, we may ask what the mailboxes will be used for, or for verification. If we decide not to provide the service, the mail service is refunded in full.
Storage is one shared pool for all mailboxes of your plan. A migration tool copies your old mailboxes over, folders included.

Answers about our services, billing and your account.
For most generic TLDs (like .com or .net) activation is usually within minutes after successful payment. Some country-code TLDs (such as .lu) may take a little longer depending on the registry or any additional checks.
Yes. To transfer a domain you typically need to unlock it at your current registrar, obtain the EPP/Auth code, and ensure the contact email is up to date. You can then start the transfer via our order portal at my.novanode.eu.
For most TLDs, the remaining time is not lost: the transfer adds an additional year to your current expiry date. Exact behaviour depends on the registry rules for each extension, so always check the expiry date shown in your client area after the transfer completes.
All services are billed in EUR. If your card or bank account is in another currency, your provider will handle the currency conversion according to their own rates and fees.
Yes. You can point your domain to your own nameservers or to third-party DNS providers from within the client area. Changes may take some time to propagate globally due to DNS caching.

In many cases you can update contact details, but some TLDs do not allow owner changes without a formal trade or transfer. If you need to change the legal owner, please open a ticket so we can advise per TLD.
If a domain is not renewed in time it will enter an expired state. Depending on the TLD and registry rules it may or may not be recoverable, and additional restoration or redemption fees can apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens.
Transfer times vary by TLD and current registrar. Some transfers complete almost instantly after approval, while others can take up to 5–14 days depending on registry rules.
Yes. You are free to transfer your domain away from NovaNode at any time, subject to standard registry transfer rules. We do not charge additional fees for outbound transfers.
Yes. You can register as a business customer in the client area and enter your company details and VAT ID. Invoices will then be issued with this information for your accounting.

Most VPS orders are provisioned automatically within a few minutes after successful payment and fraud checks. If manual review is required, activation may take longer.
Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky, Fedora, FreeBSD and more, with cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin images as well; the full list is in the control panel. Your own ISO can be installed on request.
Yes. Move to the next plan from the client area; the price difference is prorated on the current cycle and your data stays in place.
Yes. DNS hosting on our nameservers in Luxembourg is included with every domain. In the client area, open the domain, go to DNS and choose “Use our DNS”. You can also keep your own nameservers.
If your country is not available in the order form, please create a ticket in the client area before ordering.
Yes. Add one CNAME record at your current registrar or DNS provider; the value is shown in the client area. We do not touch your other DNS records.
Everything you built stays. You can upgrade at any time from the client area. After a downgrade, content above the new limits has to be reduced before you can publish again.
Any app that supports IMAP and SMTP with TLS: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app, and the built-in mail apps on Android and iPhone. Webmail is included as well.
As one pool for the whole plan. With Basic, your five mailboxes share 25 GB in whatever split you like. Upgrading to the next plan keeps existing mailboxes and mail.

Every order is governed by our Terms of Service. The product sections in it set the limits that matter in practice, such as what unlimited traffic means and when a plan is no longer suited to a workload.
Prices All prices are in euro. The switch in the top bar shows them with or without VAT. Consumers pay 17 % Luxembourg VAT; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Luxembourg are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; Luxembourg businesses pay 17 %. Prices and plan contents can change; the price shown in the client portal at the time of ordering applies.
1 VPS traffic VPS plans include unlimited ordinary traffic under the fair use policy in section 5.2.5 of the Terms of Service. The following monthly volumes are reference levels, not quotas: exceeding one is not a breach and does not trigger a charge by itself. Sustained use well above a reference level that affects the network or other customers may lead to a review and, where needed, an upgrade proposal or traffic management. The network port is shared; a displayed port speed is a maximum, not a guaranteed throughput.

Domains Domain prices are per year and per extension. Registration, transfer and renewal rules differ per registry; the expiry date and conditions shown in the client area apply. For consumers, the right of withdrawal ends once the domain has been registered with the registry (Terms of Service 8.7).
Websites Plan limits (websites, pages, storage, blocks) are listed in the comparison table. After a downgrade, content above the new limits must be reduced before publishing again. Your site runs on your own domain via a CNAME record you set yourself.
Email Storage is one shared pool per plan. Every order is reviewed before activation (Terms of Service 8.1.11, 8.2.2); we may ask for information or verification (8.1.11) and may decline (8.1.10), in which case the mail service is refunded. Spam leads to immediate termination (5.3.1).
