Rules
Anyone can register a .com domain; there is no residency requirement.
To move a .com domain to NovaNode you need the authorisation code (EPP/auth code) from your current registrar; order the transfer in the client portal and enter it there. For most registries the remaining term is kept and a year is added.
After a new registration or a transfer, ICANN rules lock .com domains against another transfer for 60 days.
The registry for this extension is Verisign; its rules apply in addition to our Terms of Service.
FAQ
To move a .com domain to NovaNode you need the authorisation code (EPP/auth code) from your current registrar; order the transfer in the client portal and enter it there. For most registries the remaining term is kept and a year is added.
The domain stops resolving on the expiry date. Verisign keeps it for about 30 days, during which it can still be restored on request; after that it is deleted and becomes available to anyone.
Use our nameservers in Luxembourg or keep your own. You switch in the client area whenever you like.
Every order is governed by our Terms of Service. The product sections in it set the limits that matter in practice, such as what unlimited traffic means and when a plan is no longer suited to a workload.
Prices All prices are in euro. The switch in the top bar shows them with or without VAT. Consumers pay 17 % Luxembourg VAT; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Luxembourg are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; Luxembourg businesses pay 17 %. Prices and plan contents can change; the price shown in the client portal at the time of ordering applies.
1 VPS traffic VPS plans include unlimited ordinary traffic under the fair use policy in section 5.2.5 of the Terms of Service. The following monthly volumes are reference levels, not quotas: exceeding one is not a breach and does not trigger a charge by itself. Sustained use well above a reference level that affects the network or other customers may lead to a review and, where needed, an upgrade proposal or traffic management. The network port is shared; a displayed port speed is a maximum, not a guaranteed throughput.

Domains Domain prices are per year and per extension. Registration, transfer and renewal rules differ per registry; the expiry date and conditions shown in the client area apply. For consumers, the right of withdrawal ends once the domain has been registered with the registry (Terms of Service 8.7).
Websites Plan limits (websites, pages, storage, blocks) are listed in the comparison table. After a downgrade, content above the new limits must be reduced before publishing again. Your site runs on your own domain via a CNAME record you set yourself.
Email Storage is one shared pool per plan. Every order is reviewed before activation (Terms of Service 8.1.11, 8.2.2); we may ask for information or verification (8.1.11) and may decline (8.1.10), in which case the mail service is refunded. Spam leads to immediate termination (5.3.1).
