Every plan includes your own domain, webmail, IMAP and SMTP for any mail app, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a migration tool for your existing mailboxes. Storage is shared between the mailboxes of your plan.

Every mail order is checked by hand
That is how we keep our mail IPs clean. Activation takes a few hours to five business days. Before we activate, we may ask what the mailboxes will be used for, or for verification. If we decide not to provide the service, the mail service is refunded in full.

FAQ
Not immediately. We look at every order before activating it, to keep our mail reputation good for everyone. Usually that takes a few hours, sometimes up to five business days, longer if we need to ask you something. We may ask about the intended use, or for identity or company verification. If we decline, the mail service is refunded in full. A domain ordered in the same order stays yours.
Yes. Add the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records shown in your client area at your current DNS provider. You do not need to change nameservers.
Any app that supports IMAP and SMTP: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail app, the built-in mail apps on Android and iPhone. The server settings are in your client area.

Pick a plan. Once we have reviewed the order and the DNS records are in place, your mailboxes are ready.
Every order is governed by our Terms of Service. The product sections in it set the limits that matter in practice, such as what unlimited traffic means and when a plan is no longer suited to a workload.
Prices All prices are in euro. The switch in the top bar shows them with or without VAT. Consumers pay 17 % Luxembourg VAT; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Luxembourg are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; Luxembourg businesses pay 17 %. Prices and plan contents can change; the price shown in the client portal at the time of ordering applies.
Email Storage is one shared pool per plan. Every order is reviewed before activation (Terms of Service 8.1.11, 8.2.2); we may ask for information or verification (8.1.11) and may decline (8.1.10), in which case the mail service is refunded. Spam leads to immediate termination (5.3.1).
