For a company, a practice or an association that has to say where its mail is: on our own servers in LuxConnect DC1.1, Luxembourg, run by a Luxembourg company, sent from our own address space. The contracts that say so are public.

Every mail order is checked by hand
That is how we keep our mail IPs clean. Activation takes a few hours to five business days. Before we activate, we may ask what the mailboxes will be used for, or for verification. If we decide not to provide the service, the mail service is refunded in full.

FAQ
In transit, yes: IMAP, SMTP and webmail use TLS. At rest it is stored on our servers under our control; end-to-end encryption of the content is something you add in your mail app (PGP, S/MIME) if you need it.
Yes. The DPA is published on the legal page together with the Terms of Service, in English; it is the same document for every customer.
You export your mail over IMAP with any client or ask for an mbox archive; calendars and contacts via CalDAV and CardDAV. The switching page in the legal section sets out the timeline and the formats.

Pick a plan and your domain; the DNS records appear in your client area when the plan is active.
Every order is governed by our Terms of Service. The product sections in it set the limits that matter in practice, such as what unlimited traffic means and when a plan is no longer suited to a workload.
Prices All prices are in euro. The switch in the top bar shows them with or without VAT. Consumers pay 17 % Luxembourg VAT; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Luxembourg are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; Luxembourg businesses pay 17 %. Prices and plan contents can change; the price shown in the client portal at the time of ordering applies.
Email Storage is one shared pool per plan. Every order is reviewed before activation (Terms of Service 8.1.11, 8.2.2); we may ask for information or verification (8.1.11) and may decline (8.1.10), in which case the mail service is refunded. Spam leads to immediate termination (5.3.1).
