A mailbox at your own name is one DNS change away. We generate the records, you add them where your domain is, and Outlook, Apple Mail, Android and iPhone connect over IMAP and SMTP like to any other server.

Every mail order is checked by hand
That is how we keep our mail IPs clean. Activation takes a few hours to five business days. Before we activate, we may ask what the mailboxes will be used for, or for verification. If we decide not to provide the service, the mail service is refunded in full.

FAQ
No. Add the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records at your current DNS provider; you keep your nameservers. If the domain is at NovaNode, the DNS editor in the client area has the records ready.
Not immediately. We look at every order before activating it, to keep our mail reputation good for everyone. Usually a few hours, sometimes up to five business days.
The plan's storage is one pool: Basic shares 25 GB across five mailboxes in whatever split you like, Plus 50 GB across ten. A busy mailbox can use more, a quiet one less.

Every order is governed by our Terms of Service. The product sections in it set the limits that matter in practice, such as what unlimited traffic means and when a plan is no longer suited to a workload.
Prices All prices are in euro. The switch in the top bar shows them with or without VAT. Consumers pay 17 % Luxembourg VAT; businesses with a valid EU VAT number outside Luxembourg are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; Luxembourg businesses pay 17 %. Prices and plan contents can change; the price shown in the client portal at the time of ordering applies.
Email Storage is one shared pool per plan. Every order is reviewed before activation (Terms of Service 8.1.11, 8.2.2); we may ask for information or verification (8.1.11) and may decline (8.1.10), in which case the mail service is refunded. Spam leads to immediate termination (5.3.1).
