For a router, firewall or server that sits behind CGNAT, a dynamic IP or a modem without bridge mode.
A WireGuard tunnel from Luxembourg routes a fixed public IPv4 address and an IPv6 prefix to your equipment. Static routing, no BGP session, no AS number. The addresses are NovaNode space, registered in Luxembourg; reverse DNS on request. Quoted individually.
For a network that announces its own prefixes with BGP, or wants address space in its own name.
As a RIPE NCC member, NovaNode files the request and sponsors the resource; the AS number or IPv6 space is registered to you. New requests and existing resources that move their sponsoring LIR to us. Billed per year, every sponsored resource renews on 1 December.
Which one
The tunnel gives you addresses to use; LIR services give you numbers to hold. If you have no AS number and do not plan to run BGP, the tunnel is the whole answer. If you run or plan to run BGP, you need an AS number and prefixes first, which is what LIR services are for; the transport for them is yours to arrange. The two are independent and can be ordered separately.
